Is OpenMico free to use?

The presentation software is free. Cloud transcription and the AI tools are on the Pro and Max plans, and third-party content may have separate costs and terms.

Can I use it without a microphone?

Yes. All manual presentation and Bible search workflows work without listening.

Can I move a service to another computer?

Export an .openmico workspace. Referenced media and slide preferences are included, but API keys, display assignments and installed Bibles are not.

Does speech recognition work offline?

The local Whisper option can work offline with an executable and model configured. Cloud providers require internet.
